Great if you want ramen with a spicy flavour!

The ramen didn't impress me much.

Umami even within the spiciness. Spicy mazemen with a wide variety of limited-edition options. A shop along the railway tracks at Machida Station. They're open straight through the day, so it's nice that you can avoid the busy times. Noroshi is the signature dish. You can choose the spice level, and it's nice that you get either a free large portion or complimentary rice. There are many kinds of limited items. Every time I go there's something different, which is fun. And you can taste both the spiciness and the umami. I'm glad it's not just spicy but you can taste the umami too. It's also nice that you can add the spicy condiment on the table. Ramen like this with umami within the spiciness is hard to find. It's one of the shops I make a special trip to eat at.

First visit in maybe about 15 years. They have limited items too, but I ordered the basic Noroshi. The addictive spiciness is great. It has a raw egg on top, so mixing it in makes it mellow. Even so, adding plenty of garlic is the way to go. I finished off by adding rice and was satisfied.
