I went to the Rasho in Narusegaoka (Tsubaki style), which opens at 7 in the morning. You can watch the staff cooking efficiently across the counter, and the atmosphere is lively yet somehow homey and comfortable. This time I had their signature “ネギラーメン”. The beautifully cut, long, thin strips of green onion are wonderfully crunchy! Thoroughly tossed with sesame oil and chopped chashu, they are flavorful and a perfect match for the thin noodles with their clean, firm bite. The flavor, value, and satisfaction as a morning ramen all lived up to expectations—a “consistently reliable Rasho”! 【※Important note for visitors arriving by car】 There is parking for “6 cars” on the corner of an intersection a little way from the shop, but some caution is needed when using it. Narrow grounds and lanes: the parking area and entrance/exit lanes are narrow, making it very difficult to pass other cars when busy or when a car approaches from the opposite direction. Risk of contact at the entrance: perhaps because there is little room on the approach, there were visible marks near the entrance that appeared to be from cars scraping or hitting it. If you drive a larger vehicle such as an SUV or minivan, or feel a little unsure about driving, I think it would be safer to maneuver carefully or use a nearby paid parking lot from the outset! The ramen's flavor and appeal as a morning ramen are beyond doubt, so I recommend visiting while taking care with access by car!

I ordered the morning set with ramen and medium rice for 850円. It is nice that the set ramen comes with 2 thick slices of chashu 🤤 The chashu here is tender and delicious, so I recommend it to chashu lovers 😋 It also contains raw onion, so if you do not like onion, it is best to say “no onion” beforehand. If you do like it, the sweetness and crunch are great 👍

Visited a little after 8 on Sunday morning. It was my first Ramen Shop experience, and I had the recommended ねぎチャーシューラーメン. I bought a meal ticket and took a seat at the counter. The counter is fairly low, so you can see across the kitchen from your seat. Watching them carefully slice the chashu by hand and finish the ramen raised my expectations. The ねぎチャーシューメン had plenty of finely sliced green onion. The chashu was a lean cut, but despite its thickness, it was fall-apart tender and delicious. The greens were wakame and boiled spinach. The medium-thin straight noodles, cooked slightly firm, went well with the broth and crunchy green onion, and I enjoyed every last bite. There was grated garlic, vinegar, and black pepper on the counter, which looked good for changing up the flavor. I noticed many of the customers around me were having rice with their meal. The broth certainly seems like it would go well with rice. If I had room, I would have liked to put green onion and broth over rice.

20260725 First visit. The noodles were from あさひや製麺. I ordered them firm. They were properly firm with a nice wheat aroma. Spinach is an unusual garnish. The broth had lots of chunky pork back fat. Rich, not salty, and tasty. The green onion had plenty of chashu in it. It was simply a good meal. Though I could have done with less wakame. I felt it only cooled the broth down.

I went to Ramen Shop's Narusegaoka branch for lunch! I had a regular-sized ネギチャーシュー (^^) It was delicious. But the chashu and green onion made the broth lukewarm. I wonder if they can do it next time? I would like to have regular ramen with those on a separate plate!
