I ordered miso chashu ramen. For chashu ramen, perhaps there wasn’t much chashu? It was lunchtime, but there was only one staff member working the dining area. They were clearly struggling to keep up. Whether being shown to a seat, placing an order, or asking for water, every time all I heard was, please wait a moment… Even after ordering, there was a bit of a wait before it arrived. The outside of the ramen bowl was soaked with spilled broth, and the bowl was greasy all over. A little disappointing. The ramen was neither good nor bad. Perhaps a bit oily for miso ramen? The toppings were bean sprouts and wakame. The noodles were thick. I ordered rice, but it was on the firm side. (I like firm rice, so I found it tasty)

This is a roadside ramen shop around Kanachu’s Nozuta bus depot. It has been around for a very long time, but I stopped in because it had reopened after renovations. ●Things that were so-so ・The flavor isn’t particularly noteworthy It’s tasty enough for an everyday meal. But if you ask whether it’s worth making a special trip, that’s a tough sell in Machida, where ramen competition is fierce. The closest flavor I can name for the miso ramen is Super Cup’s miso flavor. You could call it a dependable, reassuring taste. ・The entrance layout is awkward You are called in the order your name appears on the sheet. But the sheet is at the very back of a fairly cramped waiting area, and the gaps between the seats are too narrow for people to pass each other, making getting in and out quite difficult. Perhaps they should put the sheet outside. ・I couldn’t tell what had been renovated You could say it has character, but honestly I couldn’t really tell which parts had been renovated. Somehow its storefront feels very similar to the nearby らーめん宝龍. 〇Good points ・Good for the neighborhood As a roadside restaurant, it is clearly aimed at local residents. It has parking and plenty of booths, so if you’re stuck for somewhere to eat with family or someone else, the menu is extensive too, making it highly recommendable around here. ・Near a bus stop For some reason it’s extremely close to a bus stop, so if all else fails, you can take the bus here for a meal. ・Electronic money accepted Unusually for a ramen shop, it accepts electronic money. Handy if you forget your wallet.

I have been coming here for about 40 years (back when it was くるまやラーメン). My order is always the same: 「ネギ味噌ラーメン」. Consistently delicious.

It tastes a little salty, but that’s part of its charm! With 花樂 in Kamimizo gone, I found myself visiting the Zushi shop! The local atmosphere inside makes you forget any tension! Ah〜! This is it! I felt relieved from the bottom of my heart! I ordered a large miso ramen from the spirited, cheerful staff member and browsed the lunch menu! Prices have gone up compared with the old days, but they’re still within a range that lets me keep coming! It felt like a place I’d like to visit whenever I occasionally get a craving! With heartfelt thanks to 花樂, a nostalgic place to unwind, thank you for the meal!

The ramen is delicious. Miso is the main focus, but the shio and shoyu are good too. The parking lot fits about 8 cars. The chashu and salted green onion appetizers are tasty as well. They also have hiyashi chuka in summer.
