We aim to make light, easy-to-eat ramen. The flavor changes with simmering time around lunchtime, before evening, and at night, so please try it at different times.

solid! the soup is rich and has plenty of depth, but it may be a bit too salty and strong for some. noodles were good, short and springy. service was quick; chef was straightforward tho by no means rude, and one doesn't go to a ramen place for their service anyway. 4 stars: exceptional

I was not wrong for trying this ramen shop after finishing my work nearby. Definitely a ramen which people in that area can flex without hesitation!!! I’ll comeback for sure!!! l<€N

Compared with 近藤家 or early 六角家, the flavor is stronger, as you can tell from the broth's color. The 家系 places highly rated in recent years all have about this level of richness. Conversely, people who take this as the standard probably find those other styles thin. The chashu was already sold out when I entered at 18:00. I don't know how much they sell during the morning session, but if chashu for 100 people sells out, simply prepare enough for 150. If early-morning preparation isn't enough, they should start even earlier, in the middle of the night. That's what was drilled into me when I was a cook. But well, times have changed. The owner probably decides the number of chashu rolls beforehand, and feels that's enough once they're sold out. I have no right to complain about that. Still, after walking that distance from the parking lot and entering second at 18:00, seeing a ticket machine full of sold-out signs is simply disappointing. Then there's the parking. If you park in town, stroll around, and find a delicious-looking ramen shop, that's fine, but as parking specifically for visiting this shop, it's rather far away. As someone who travels by car, I generally check whether a place I want to visit has parking, but this time... hmm, still, its reputation is good, I should try it once. That's why I visited, and yes, for someone with sciatica, it was a painful distance. Still, that chashu... If I were the owner, maybe I'd change the workflow and outsource just the chashu preparation. We do live in an age where that's possible now... 20260709
