Our broth, made by simmering a large quantity of pork bones for more than 13 hours, is very creamy, with no unpleasant odor, bringing out the fullest pork-bone umami. After many refinements, we arrived at the flavor we have today. It is paired with homemade thin noodles featuring the flavor of high-quality wheat and a smooth texture as you swallow. Our signature homemade chashu, available in a choice of styles, is tender, thoroughly seasoned, and exquisite.

Best ramen in Sagamihara by far. The broth is perfect, very silky and intense! The noodles are also very good! Favorite place!!!

Wow after a year of trying Ramen in Japan, this easily is in my top 2!!! And 100 yen Kaidama (refill)! The noodles are nice and firm, but the broth with the addition of garlic is where this ramen really signs. It’s one of the very few ramens that I actually will drink the broth because it is so good!

I visited during their anniversary celebration. Arriving after 18時, there were about 20 groups waiting. The parking lot was full, but after a short wait I could park. After getting a queue number from the check-in machine inside, you buy your meal ticket and wait. Scanning the QR code on the queue ticket shows how many groups are waiting, which was convenient. Turnover was faster than expected, and it took about 1 hour from arrival until the food was served. The light tonkotsu broth goes well with the homemade thin noodles. It is also nice that you can add extra noodles or rice on the spot with cash. Despite being extremely busy with the anniversary celebration, the staff were very kind.
