Small, intimate, great quality. Loved our lunch here! Reservations required as it’s a small, family-run establishment. I can’t wait to return.

An izakaya a short walk from my home that I'd been curious about for a while. I sometimes pass by, but it rarely seemed to have seats available, so I hadn't found a good time to go in. Today there happened to be some room, so I tried it. I'd actually been here once before, but it reminded me how delicious the sashimi and fish dishes are. The fish is fresh, and it's nice that even simple dishes are really tasty. Perhaps because the location is a little hard to find, it doesn't seem to have that many customers, but personally I think it deserves to be better known. I visited at night this time, but they apparently serve sushi at lunch, too, so I'd like to come at lunchtime next. If they had desserts as well, I'd be even happier to relax and enjoy myself after the meal.

A restaurant with delicious sashimi and sushi. They've apparently been here locally for over 20 years, and I think the taste explains why they've been loved for so long. Every dish made with fresh fish was delicious, and many menu items went well with alcoholic drinks. Perhaps it was a married couple and their son; the restaurant had the warm atmosphere of a family-run place. The prices are a little high, but I think the satisfaction makes up for it. Payment is cash only, so it's best to prepare some beforehand if you're visiting. Thank you for the meal.

There aren't many restaurants serving fish of this quality. Excellent value for money, too. We booked for Sunday's opening time of 17:00 and visited as a family of 3. Despite living nearby, we hadn't been inclined to visit because there was little information about it, but decided to go at our son's request. We were surprised by how much larger the interior was than the exterior suggested. When shown to our seats, we were told the tables were already fully reserved. It seems popular. The menu apparently depends on the day's purchases, so you choose from the blackboard. We first ordered reef-resident aji, sudachi buri, ankimo, and octopus karaage, followed by akaika, mejimaguro, ika menchi, and then maitake galette, among other dishes. All the fish was exceptionally fresh, with no fishy smell whatsoever, and truly delicious. I imagine a skilled chef prepares it thoroughly. What's more, the prices are so low that this quality would undoubtedly cost 2 to 3 times as much in central Tokyo. The delicious fish encouraged us to drink plenty, but it came to around 15,000円 for 3 people, which was very reasonable.
