I'm not convinced by taste. I felt strong salt taste. It's better if light salt taste.

【Visited March 2026】 A Kyushu tonkotsu ramen shop. It seems there are other branches besides this one. There is parking for 5 cars next to the shop. I visited just before lunchtime on a weekday and there was 1 customer ahead of me. After 12 o'clock, customers came in one after another, showing how popular it is. Ordering is via a ticket machine. It's a bit inconvenient that new banknotes cannot be used... The staff will exchange them immediately, but I wish they would support new banknotes. I ordered Hakata ramen (850 yen) and half fried rice (450 yen). The noodles are very thin, so service was fast. The ramen is creamy tonkotsu with no smell. I think the soup is easy to divide tastes. The half fried rice was quite voluminous. It's not the loose type, but the moist type, but it had plenty of ingredients and was stir-fried fragrantly, so it was delicious. The ramen itself isn't that large, so a set with kaedama (extra noodles) or rice seems to be the premise. High points for free takana (mustard greens) on the table. Spicy, it was a perfect match for the ramen and fried rice. Here, the menu is rich with miso, salt, champon, etc., so I want to visit again to try them.

I previously reviewed with a high rating, but I'm deleting and reposting. The fried rice is mushy! The service from the middle-aged woman with her hair in a ponytail is the worst. There were still bowls from the previous person's meal, and she said 'Please sit?' (as if to say, it's crowded, hurry up), and with someone else's leftovers in front of me, I felt disgusted. When I waited for her to clean up without sitting, she said 'Please put your meal ticket here!'. Huh? Am I supposed to put the ticket next to a bowl that hasn't been cleared? I put the ticket next to the leftovers, and after that, the bowl was cleared, and I thought she would wipe the table, but she said 'Please sit' again. I had no choice but to wipe the soup spilled by someone else myself, and there was no thank you or sorry. It should be 'Please sit' after cleaning!!! Regarding the tonkotsu ramen, it's as others have reviewed. There is kaedama, the bowl is small. But, I don't understand why people say the fried rice here is delicious. This is the first time I've had such mushy, sticky fried rice. Is this the result from a Chinese wok??? I can't believe this is fried rice from outside. Since it's more expensive than the tonkotsu ramen, I expected the shoyu ramen to be confident, but it's at the level of home-boiled ramen or frozen ramen, so I absolutely do not recommend switching to shoyu based on mood. The regulars are thugs.

I ordered tonkotsu ramen! From the appearance, I imagined a thick tonkotsu ramen, but it was a tonkotsu ramen without the smell! This is delicious in its own way! Personally... It's a pity the soup was a little too salty... When I drank the first sip of soup, I felt it was salty.. However, when I slurped the noodles? The noodles were so delicious that I didn't feel the saltiness!!! I liked it very much! Conversely, I even thought, is it better to have this much saltiness for these noodles!? I was satisfied and finished it! Highly recommended for those who want to eat tonkotsu ramen with a strong taste!

I visited after seeing the high rating, but personally, this is an ordinary ramen with nothing special to mention, and I don't understand why the rating is over 4. Although I don't often eat Kyushu-style ramen, I have gone around eating ramen when I went to Kyushu, so I think I know the level of a shop with a name, but I think it was just an ordinary ramen.
