The website said ■Opening days■ 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, 1–5 PM so I went today, October 16, 2022 (Sunday) ※3rd Sunday, but it was closed. The owner came out and said it's closed due to COVID; this isn't shown on the website, so be careful. If you pull your car into the entrance nose-first, you'll have to back out onto the main road, which is dangerous.

It's open on the first and third Sundays, from 1 to 5 PM. It seems better to inquire in advance.

I went today but it was closed. Nobody answers the phone either. The admission fee has gone up to 800 yen.

The place where Kondo Isami of the Shinsengumi received training from Kojima Shikanosuke in his youth.
