Visited after decades. Listed in the list of stores where you can use Machida-shi PayPay 20% return, but you cannot use PayPay.. I ordered the special unaju for 3850 yen. For the price, the unaju didn't really suit my taste.

Cheap and delicious!! There is no fishy smell at all. At this price and this taste, there is nothing to complain about! Unagi is soft and has no bones. The sauce is a bit spicy and not too sweet, so it doesn't kill the flavor of the unagi. I like a lot of sauce, so I asked for more. The female clerk kindly brought it and told me gently and politely, 'Since it's not sweet, be careful not to put too much'. The pickles are also delicious! The men who looked rough as written by others didn't feel unpleasant at all. Rather, they gave the impression of craftsmen working earnestly. If possible, this is a personal preference, I wish the sansho was a little spicier. But, the taste and volume are better than the unagi I ate at another famous store the other day! Let's support local shops that are working hard like this!

I came after seeing the reviews! I ordered the special. Indeed, there were a few bones and it was light-flavored, but the price, quantity, and taste were satisfying! Regarding the cleanliness inside the store, it may depend on the person, but I didn't really mind it. I might drop by again.

There is a snack menu, but many things were just served without being cooked like grilled items, and basashi (horse meat) has a lot of fat, so it might depend on your taste. If there is an opportunity, I want to go again.

Not horigotatsu. The menu is simple unaju. There is no hitsumabushi etc. The tea brought was hot barley tea. Along with the tea, about 5 pieces of fried eel bones. The sound of the aquarium dominates most of the store, and if you're not careful, you can't chat. Management by a married couple maybe. The father just cooks. The landlady's movements are a bit slow. The store is neither clean nor dirty. I ordered the special. Is the taste delicious? It's light but solid. Liver soup is also good taste. Pickles are Chinese cabbage, garlic pickles, cucumber, radish. Except for radish and garlic, it doesn't taste much. Smoking is allowed, which is out of step with the times. I happened to hit someone who smokes, eating in the middle of the smoke. Nothing special. It's hard to repeat.
