Genius. Best ramen I’ve had, and I keep coming back for it even though I moved far away. The Japan, Turbo, and Stamina bowls are all amazing, and the December seasonal bowl “Hakusai Ramen” (pictured) will blow your mind. An explosion of flavour. Also make sure you get a smoked egg (kunsei tamago) with whichever bowl you go with, it’s the most delicious egg I’ve ever eaten.

View on GoogleI ordered a delicious salt ramen! It was flavorful, yet simple. The flavors were a blend of salt ramen, with subtle ginger and citrus. Overall, it made for a unique, light, and satisfying experience. Noodles were perfectly cooked. Price is very fair. There are many choices on their menu, and I’m sure each is equally unique and delicious 😋 Thank you!
View on GoogleA bowl with no artificial seasonings and a junk-food kick that I absolutely want to eat whenever I'm in Machida🍜 Sebura niboshi shoyu‼️ Wavy thick noodles with just the right texture In a clear chintan broth extracting the aroma and flavor of niboshi With high-quality, collagen-rich back fat floating on top—an excellent bowl that's refined yet still keeps that junk-food feel‼️ Of course the broth is delicious But the char siu and ajitama also play their parts in good balance♪♪ Personally, I also recommend the meat-broth soy sauce flavor【Turbo Type E】☺️ “Ganso karaimeshi” is dangerously delicious So be careful🫡 The dishes in the photo are Stamina+karaimeshi🍜🍚
View on GoogleI selected salt ramen with all the toppings And their signature grilled gyoza at the ticket machine. The salt ramen has incredible umami despite having no artificial seasonings. The owner has a craftsman's temperament, but after I finished eating, when I chatted with him a little, he responded with a smile and a friendly manner. That day, the owner was running everything alone. ※ We could talk because it was closing time. This was unusual. Whole-wheat noodles for the first time in ages—quietly moving. The owner's presence conveys such intensity, you could call him a ramen-making fanatic. A ramen shop I'd like to visit again.
