Cooked for 14 hours and aged for 1 day, the supreme ramen made with thorough dedication. The soup is cooked in a large iron pot custom-ordered from a casting factory in Kyushu. The soup, extracted by carefully cooking 60 domestic pork bones, chicken feet, and beef bones for 14 hours, is further aged for a full day before being served. The custom-made extra-thin noodles, which pursue compatibility with the rich and deep soup, are served in the best condition by adjusting the boiling time in seconds according to the customer's preference. This place is not too bad but there is definitely better options / franchises out there. The best food was the fried rice which is funny because we were looking for some tasty ramen. There is parking which is always nice. The service was fast and friendly. If you are in the area it is worth a try.
View on GoogleDelicious and rare soup base (mix of miso/pork bone) ramen. Reasonably priced and the gyoza is good too.
View on GoogleSoup is thick and very tasty. Little bit busy.
View on GoogleExit Tamasakai Station on the Keio Line to the north, and walk west on Tamasakai-dori, and you will soon find it. Barrier-free. It's a shop that has had ramen shop changes for a while. I had the "MAX Ramen" (980 yen). MAX Ramen has 3 pieces of chashu, seasoned egg, green onions, and 5 sheets of seaweed on top of a white pork bone soup with thin noodles. I taste the soup. The cloudy soup is a firm and rich pork bone, but the smell is low, and while leaving an aftertaste, the finish is clean. The noodles are thin and bundled together to lift the pork bone soup. The chashu is thick and satisfying to eat, packed with the meaty flavor of pork. I, who have only added noodles once in my life, understand the feeling of wanting to add noodles when the noodles get this thin. (*This is just a personal impression.)
View on GoogleThis is a Kyushu tonkotsu ramen shop located along the main street after exiting Tamasakai Station. Parking is also fully equipped. It is divided into table seats suitable for family use and counter seats that can be used by one person. The ramen is delicious with a mellow soup and the gyoza also has a beautiful degree of grilling and is delicious.
