The coffee was weak, and I was told wifi was available, but it didn't work.

The coffee is delicious. The atmosphere inside is calm and nice too.

Reading a book at the university café is nice too

I was kept waiting nearly an hour after ordering. Partway through I thought it was really taking too long and asked, and was told "We're making it now," so I trusted that and waited longer. But in the end, they said "We forgot your order." I was surprised they'd forgotten my order, but even more than that, I'm very disappointed that even though I asked partway through, they didn't properly check and told me "We're making it." If they had honestly checked at that point, I wouldn't have had to wait so long. I was left distrustful of how they handled it, and I don't want to come here again.
