Founded in 1968, currently operated by the 3rd generation! As a shop loved by the local community, we have been operating in the suburban shopping street of Machida City for over half a century. Since December 2018, we have been operating with a new menu and new prices. We have also resumed night business. Please try our very popular gyoza! From the perspective of preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have changed the closing time of the night shift from 23:00 to 22:00 (last order 21:00).

On my way to work, a little early for lunch, I ate ramen and gyoza. The ramen is a Chinese restaurant-style ramen that feels a bit clean and elegant. The gyoza has a lot of filling and is delicious! When I arrived, there was one customer ahead of me, but two groups came later... they were all regulars living in the housing complex... such fathers and mothers were there. I don't know if I can come back to this site, but next time I want to eat fried rice🙂 Thank you for the meal.

I had delicious Gomoku Soba for the first time in a while!! I was moved that they have kept the taste that has continued since the Showa era!! It is a wonderful Japanese ramen that is the opposite of the recent tonkotsu-style ramen!! The noodles, soup, and ingredients are well-balanced, and it is a perfect finish!! The biggest surprise is that such a wonderful shop is in this place!! It was the most delicious shop I went to this year!!

Visiting a shop with high review ratings for exploring town Chinese restaurants. This is a level of taste that can certainly be called a hidden gem! It's understandable that it has lasted a long time... It seems it has been introduced on TV programs twice😊 What I ate: Manjuyen Ramen with firm noodles and strong flavor. Topping with char siu and boiled egg. Plus half gyoza. And fried rice. First, the ramen. I ordered the one named after the shop. This is... miso ramen... it's a soup with a little spiciness. It feels like stir-fried cabbage and meat are on top of it. It seems simple but has quite a lot of umami and the chopsticks keep moving... Gyoza, this is also quite high quality. It seems to have a good reputation in other reviews. The skin and the filling inside are both delicious. And the most delicious thing was the fried rice. This has a very high-point, luxurious taste. I definitely want you to eat this🙄 The interior was playing stylish jazz and it was clean, and the atmosphere was good. I recommend stopping by if you are nearby😊

Ordered gyoza, char siu noodles, and miso char siu noodles. The gyoza was large, and the crispiness of the cabbage and the aroma of the chives were good and delicious. The char siu noodles were not heavy and had just the right taste, and the miso char siu noodles had a lot of garlic. It was normally delicious, and I want to visit again.

A town Chinese restaurant in Yamazaki Danchi, Machida. It seems to be a shop introduced on the TV program 'Let's Drink at Town Chinese'. I visited by car today, so I can't drink alcohol, but I decided to enjoy the meal. Sanma-men is a type of ramen originating from Heichinrou in Yokohama Chinatown, with bean sprouts, green peppers, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and pork starchy sauce on soy sauce soup, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is soul food just like Yokohama's Iekei ramen. Because it is starchy, it doesn't cool down easily until the end, and it is perfect for cold days, and I ate it piping hot. And the specialty of this shop is gyoza. Meat juice drips from the filling carefully wrapped in a thick and firm skin. Since it is already seasoned, it is delicious even without anything. Meat, vegetables, garlic, this goes well with rice, and of course, like the TV program, beer, chuhai, highball, Shaoxing wine, it goes with anything. Takeout gyoza also seems to be popular, and neighbors seem to use it even by making reservations. Since it is such delicious gyoza, I certainly want to eat it at home.
