What a find. Tucked just outside of giant mall, this place is absolutely top noch when it comes to ramen. Their top ramen is chicken broth based with breast and thight pieces of chicken. Very, very well cooked chicken, taste a bit of char as well. Probably the best chicken I had in a while. Bamboo shoots where fresh, sweet and flavorful. Then there is a star of the show, the broth and the noodle. Perfectly cooked, a bit tender noodle submerged in steamy, clear flavorful chicken based broth. I could drink it, and I usualy go for pork based broths as chicken tend to be a little washed off. Not this one. Added to the list of places to do return visit in the future. Oh and the staff was amazing too, they helped with ticked machine (the only way to order) and explained in English what they sell. There is no English menu, but you can press top left corner and won't be disappointed. Place is extremely clean and neat for little ramen place.
View on GoogleMinami-Machida, where I went for work after about 20 years. Taken by a boss who likes ramen, I came here during lunch break. At 12 PM on a weekday, there were about 10 people in line, but somehow I managed to return within the 1-hour break. For me, who doesn't like Iekei-style ramen, ramen like this is very valuable. It was very delicious. The way the shop owner speaks to children is gentle, and for a ramen shop owner, he was very friendly and had a nice smile.
View on GoogleI had been to the previous store about twice, and I knew from the owner's Twitter that they had moved here, but this area is rarely visited, so this time I happened to be called to the home of an acquaintance who lives nearby, so before that, I visited for the first time after moving. When I arrived at the shop, there was no line, and I thought it was a ticket system, but luckily I was able to enter immediately. The ticket machine uses the one from the previous store, and the menu is still as abundant as ever. This time I bought a ticket for the basic tanrei salt ramen. I sat at the counter seat and handed over the ticket. And about 6 minutes later, the ramen was served! There is scorched green onion in the clear soup (chintan), and the appearance is quite different from the chicken salmon salt noodles I had at the previous store. Ingredients include chashu, hosa bamboo shoots, green vegetables, green onions, etc. The visual impact is wonderful. The noodles are medium straight and the soup lifting is GOOD. And the scorched green onion is a nice accent, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the end. If I can come again next time, I will try the soy sauce menu that I haven't eaten yet. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI think I visited when the shop was in a remote location a long time ago. It seemed to be right next to a pachinko parlor or something?? This is my first time coming since it became close to Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station. They say there are times when lines form, but on this day I was able to enter without lining up. I bought a meal ticket at the ticket machine located right after entering the shop. There are counter seats and table seats. Chicken soy sauce ramen Toppings are 2 types of chicken and pork chashu, bamboo shoots, chopped green onions, and grass. Both chashu are moist and delicious. The soup brings out the chicken flavor well. The soy sauce itself is also just right. The noodles are thin and the water content is moderate. It goes well with the refreshing and delicious soy sauce soup. Well-balanced ramen.
View on GoogleSince there have been some changes or my understanding has deepened since the review I wrote at the time of opening, I will update the description. This ramen shop has dedication to every menu and all of them are recommended, so this is a shop where choosing the ramen that makes you curious is the most correct answer. ※Actually, if you ask the owner "What is your recommendation?", I think he will say "There is no recommendation, so please choose the menu that makes you curious". Still, for those who are lost, this is my personal recommendation, maybe it's better to start with chicken white soy sauce ramen or chicken dried sardine ramen. You should be able to feel the depth of the taste. For repeaters, I often see them ordering tsukesoba series and aburasoba in addition to the above. At the time of opening, it was a numbered ticket system and lined up every day, but recently weekdays are usually without numbered tickets, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays often use numbered tickets. Even so, there are often lines even on weekdays, so I think it's better to consider that when going. In addition, for daily line situations and special limited menus, I strongly recommend checking X (formerly Twitter) which is sent every day. In addition, the atmosphere of the shop, etc. is as I wrote below in the past, so for those who want to know more about this shop or the owner, maybe it's better to read it. 【↓↓↓Review written at the time of opening↓↓↓】 This is a famous ramen shop that was originally along Machida Street but moved to Minami-Machida Grandberry Park in 2021. Because the surrounding area is a residential area, to avoid long lines, numbered tickets are posted on the whiteboard in front of the shop, so the system is to take a numbered ticket for the time you want to eat and line up when the time approaches. ※Because the area around the shop is a residential area, please be careful with long lines and noise due to chatting. I've only entered about 3 times, but because there are many menus that use super pure water and tanrei, it feels like there are many ramen/tsukesoba that are refreshing and have an elegant taste in the middle of gentleness. What I ate was ・Chicken white soy sauce ramen ・Chicken paitan salt ramen ・Asari clam tsukesoba , but the noodles are all thin and somewhat flat. What was impressive is that the noodles are quite long so they often couldn't be eaten in one bite, but because the noodles are thin, they go in smoothly. ※Recently they have also started making their own noodles, and the noodles are different depending on the menu or you can choose the type of noodles. The soup is different from the strong and junk taste that is often found, it is gentle and you can enjoy the aroma strongly. For those who like a very strong taste, it might feel thin, but if you eat it by tasting it well, I think you can feel various aromas and tastes, so if you try it with a feeling of searching for taste, you might be able to feel the depth. Depending on the menu, there is something like grain mustard or yuzu kosho? served, and there are some that you can enjoy the change of taste by adding it in the middle, so the dedication to the taste is amazing. The signature menu seems to be chicken white soy sauce ramen, but in addition to the regular menu, they do daily limited menus, so it seems worth visiting. Limited menus seem to include "Jigoku Ramen" (spicy?) that has been famous for a long time, but what will come out can be checked on Twitter. Recently it seems they have also started the night part irregularly and that is also announced on Twitter. In addition, the shop owner seems to have a very good personality and I think his consideration for children is also amazing. In addition to aiming for a menu that is healthy even if eaten by children, it seems they sometimes hold ramen classes for children, and it seems they are also thinking sincerely about giving back to children through ramen. ※If you look at Twitter, there are often tweets "dizzy", so I'm worried... I've just started visiting often, but I think this is a wonderful ramen shop that I want to visit regularly in the future. 【Addition】 Since then I've become more addicted and started visiting regularly... haha I want to add photos of the ramen I ate each time. Regular menu of course, limited menu is also of course delicious, so if there is a gap, I go to eat. Whatever you order is delicious... Limited menus are almost all different, so what will come out must be checked on Twitter. ※Even for limited menus, there are familiar menus, and there are some that are truly once-in-a-lifetime, so don't miss them. And a little profitable information, this shop has a stamp card, so for those who like it, please use it! In addition, for those who want to know more about the atmosphere, the video introduced by Arco & Peace was easier to understand. https://youtu.be/2TodFSs_-os
