A town Chinese restaurant managed by the landlady. It seems to be open irregularly, so I entered for the first time because I happened to pass by. On this day, her son came to help. When I asked for recommendations, she immediately said "Gyoza!" When I asked for one more dish, she recommended Tanmen, so I decided to go with Gyoza + Tanmen. The gyoza is so packed, it's like it has twice the filling of other shops. It has volume, but it's not just meat-focused, you can firmly feel the umami of vegetables, so it's not heavy and you can eat it up. The Tanmen soup allows you to feel the umami of vegetables and animal umami, and the saltiness is just right. Healthy with plenty of vegetables while including pork. It went perfectly with the gyoza. I heard from her son that her husband, the previous owner, passed away a few years ago, and her mother is protecting the shop and the taste. Compared to her husband who had a large build, she said there is a difference in dishes that use large woks like fried rice, but the gyoza that the landlady has been wrapping since the previous owner is a result that the family can be proud of. Actually, the gyoza is filling and delicious, I am satisfied. The reason for service ☆4 is that the serving time is long, so it is a shop for people who have time. Since the landlady manages the kitchen alone, please visit on a day when you can wait leisurely. At the time I visited, the inside of the shop didn't feel dirty, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously. Landlady, please stay healthy. I will go to eat gyoza again.

Fried rice a little over 700 yen The moment I entered, I thought I made a mistake. Because the shop smells. The smell of oil accumulated over many years and the smell of rot. But I thought the taste wouldn't be bad, so I ordered safe fried rice. However, the wok is not moved at all. Maybe it can't be moved, and it was only stir-fried for about 1 minute. And the fried rice that came out was already oil rice. It's my first experience, but I only ate one bite and left. The plates and spoons are too dirty. I think they are taking customers for granted. I think the mother is a good person, but well.

The gyoza is thick and really the best! It's quite a volume for one serving. You can also take it out. Recommended! The gyoza in the photo is for 2 people.

A long-established Chinese restaurant. The menu is very average, but what is unusually delicious is the Gyoza!! The filling is packed, and the delicious skin is the best. It is a masterpiece that does not lose to gyoza specialty stores. Alcohol is also fully stocked, and shochu can be kept in bottles. Happily, ice, water, and tea are provided for free, this is helpful~✌️ For some reason there is also karaoke, the type that chooses songs from the microphone, the songs are probably a bit old. Up to about Love Machine is there.

Fried rice and half Gyoza I ate. The gyoza was exquisite. Maybe it would have been better to have one serving instead of half? The photo is when I visited again Moyashi Soba and half Gyoza
