Great family friendly Japanese food.
View on GoogleI visited for the first time in quite a while and had 三元豚のロースカツ煮定食. As delicious as ever, with a relaxing atmosphere. The katsu is great, of course, but the hand-stretched udon is outstanding; I feel like I could eat it endlessly. The JAF discount service was clearly explained too, which was helpful. They support almost every payment method, so you can come eat with peace of mind. There's also a smoking area outside for after your meal. Perfect. I'll be back.
View on GoogleA place that's just right for every generation There are suitable menu options for older people, children, and their parents. Even so, the restaurant is calm and has a pleasant atmosphere, making it ideal for gathering the whole family for a meal. The prices are appropriate, and some items even feel like a bargain. Similar restaurants can have higher price ranges, but 民芸 is plenty delicious. It's also easy to drop by for a leisurely meal even without a special occasion, so I find it very handy.
View on GoogleI arrived a little after 11:10 on a weekday and got in without waiting. From the spring menu, I had 「活はまぐりの酒蒸し」 and 「柚子とろろの鯛めし御膳」. The plump hamaguri clams were delicious, needless to say, and the sea bream rice was tasty too; you could finish it as ochazuke with broth. I thought the prices were a little high.
View on GoogleI came for lunch. I wanted a beer, and it looked like the oyster menu was available, so I considered various options. But besides the oysters, モツ鍋 caught my eye, and I thought it would be enjoyable, so I ordered it. It tasted good, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. (Update) I visited again after a while. Once again, I had the black version of モツ鍋. The undulation of mildly spicy black-soybean miso and sesame is wonderful!
