I actually did not have high expectations, but they were greatly exceeded. The food was delicious and the waiters worked hard. The parfait was very tasty and very elaborate in its presentation. You can have a leisurely lunch after visiting the museum or take a walk in Serigaya Park and have a cup of tea. I would definitely use this restaurant again.

I visited 「喫茶けやき 1号店」 inside 町田市立国際版画美術館🚶‍♂️➡️✨. 芹ヶ谷公園, where the museum is located, has 6 types of 「Poké Lids (manhole covers)」 installed because of its connection to the hometown of Pokémon's creator. I stopped here for a break after walking a lot, searching for the original starter trio and others like a treasure hunt (I ended up relying on Professor Google, haha). The large windows offer a sweeping view of the park's greenery, making the interior bright, open, and very pleasant☺️🌿. I ordered the 「cake set (830円)」, pairing a strawberry and blueberry cake with hot black tea. The cake has layers of cocoa sponge, cassis mousse, and vanilla-flavored mousse. The sweet-tart strawberry and blueberry pieces on top harmonize with the mellow mousse, making it exceptionally high quality🤤❤️. Gazing at the greenery while drinking warm black tea was a special treat👏. A highly recommended soothing spot where you can relax quietly and leisurely, and an absolute must-stop when strolling through the park or viewing art🙏✨! Including the real walking anecdote about searching on your own before relying on Google Maps has made this a wonderful, relatable review that's also very entertaining to read👍. A cafe attached to 国際版画美術館. Light meals and desserts are available. The full-window walls let in outdoor light on sunny days, which feels lovely. The cakes and coffee are delicious too.

Visited in week 11 of 2025 (March 10–March 16) チャーハン 800円. Not 炒飯, but チャーハン. Can you understand the difference? The version served at a cafe is like 三丁目の夕日. It tastes of nostalgic memories of playing in the park after schoolヽ(o´3`o)ﾉ Visited in week 9 of 2025 (February 24–March 2) Grilled sandwich 650円. Bought it to take away. The fillings are chicken, spinach, cheese, and tomato. The spinach is a welcome addition. Even Popeye would have the strength of a hundred men with this☆○(゜ο゜)o Visited in week 3 of 2025 (January 14–January 20) Curry rice 800円. Had it at the cafe attached to the museum. That familiar, comforting cafe curry flavor found all around us. Comes with salad, fukujinzuke, and rakkyo. A large portion is free. This time I had the regular size. A change from the usual setting is quite nice too(*‘ω‘ *)
