There are 6 counter seats and a few table seats at the back. Lunch is also available. For the lunch set, I chose wild-boar pancetta pasta. It comes with a salad and a drink. The noodles were white and thick like udon. There were plenty of vegetables, a noticeable chili kick, and it was delicious. The portion may be a little small. Inside, perhaps it was just that day, but ドコモ reception was very poor. Not the restaurant’s fault, though.

A place with a very nice atmosphere and food. It is a place for adults. There are 2 staff members. I asked for the drinks to be served a little sooner, but it seemed only one of them could make them?

I had been interested in this restaurant for a while and visited for dinner on my wife’s birthday. Despite the last-minute reservation, they gladly accommodated us, and I was already full of gratitude before even entering. From the appetizers to the main dishes, the food brought one surprise and delight after another. The game meats, such as wild boar, deer, and wagyu, were remarkably free of unpleasant gaminess, bringing out the ingredients’ powerful individual characters. The rich pâté, game bolognese with concentrated umami, and perfectly seasoned squid-ink pasta were truly blissful flavors that had us savoring every bite. It was especially memorable to see my middle-school-aged son’s eyes light up as he said, “This is the most delicious food I have ever eaten in my life.” Although it is essentially a space for adults, they also served thoughtfully prepared appetizers for our younger child, allowing the whole family to enjoy the meal with peace of mind. The selection of wines from 山梨県 accompanying the food was also excellent, with outstanding pairing sense. Who knew 国立 had such a wonderful restaurant? It will undoubtedly become a regular spot for our family. Thank you so much for a lovely birthday.

I visited 「urban's camp Tokyo」 near 谷保駅 for the first time in search of game cuisine. I ordered 熟成鹿もも肉炭火グリル from the lunch menu. The appetizer plate included new-onion potage, venison pâté, and salad, while the main was tender, flavorful aged venison thigh, grilled and sautéed. I paired it with cider and a Spanish Tempranillo red wine. I thoroughly enjoyed each carefully prepared dish. I will surely return.

I visited at the awkward time after lunch and before dinner, so I ordered a sandwich and a plate of 3 desserts. The attention to detail extended to the interior and tableware, which was very nice. Next time I would like to stop by for lunch or dinner. Being able to get properly crafted coffee to take away in this area is another welcome plus. (I took the venison salami and pâté home, and my family seems to have enjoyed them.)
