Take a seat and silently watch the master doing it's thing ! 51 years of Japanese tradition, 2nd generation sushi master. 1) First enjoy watching the preparation of the food. 2) Just smell the food and prepare your soy sauce. 3) Slowly enjoy each mouth full. If you come here the first time the BaraChirashi Sushi allows you to try a bit of many different fish types. The miso soup texture and flavor is fantastic too ! (Watch for fish bones) The complimentary grape gelee desert, looks simple, tastes amazingly mild. 4) And one for the road: Enjoy the mini chocolate wafer and a coffee sweet afterwards on the way back! 😋🤤 😋

I visited for lunch and dinner. It's also the sushi restaurant where my child first tried non-conveyor-belt sushi. The fish is delicious, and the sushi rice is good too. It feels like classic sushi. Lunch is good value at 1200円, with a choice of chirashi or nigiri. There's parking too. There's also a fairly large room on the second floor that can be used for larger groups. A recommended restaurant when you want sushi on Asahi-dori.

Visited for lunch. I'd previously had dinner with my family and liked the food, so I tried lunch too. I ordered the chirashi sushi set. The price is fairly low at 800円, so although the chirashi sushi is delicious, the amount of fish is moderate. But with salad, miso soup, and a homemade dessert included at this price, I think it's good value! That day's dessert was melon jelly, with fruit pieces and a lovely flavor; it didn't feel like just a free extra. It was properly delicious. January 2018, visited for dinner. I had the omakase set. It includes one drink, ankimo, sunomono, a grilled dish, sashimi, kazunoko, and other things; since it's omakase, it seems to vary by day, but you get quite a variety. The set finishes with 4 nigiri. The nigiri varieties are basic, but with squid, lean tuna, and so on, I felt the quality of the fish was different from conveyor-belt sushi～. With one alcoholic drink included, I think the price is good value. It's a recent favorite.
