Dan Dan Noodles" 1,370 yen I went to a place that’s been buzzing among ramen lovers as being insanely delicious. I’ll say this up front… this place is 【Truly, truly delicious】 🤣 It’s mind-blowing just how good this ramen is—and the fact that it’s 【made without any artificial flavorings】 is absolutely astonishing! ▽ Soup Rich… delicious… the best ♡ You can really taste the sweetness and flavor of the sesame and cashews, and the soup is perfectly balanced with a clean soy sauce flavor—even with the added spice! I could drink this forever. ▽ Noodles Extra-thin straight noodles Delicious!!! They’re silky and smooth, and truly delicious ♪ The way they paired with the soup and how well they absorbed it was just perfect… ♡ ▽ Toppings Ground beef / Green onions It’s simple, but seriously, this ground beef is rich and delicious! The savory flavor of the meat really stands out without being overshadowed by the rich, perfect soup♪ The green onions are crisp and add a great accent! I seriously regret not ordering rice with this. It would have gone sooooo well with it. I really, truly recommend this place♡ Everyone on Earth should go at least once! Next time, I’m coming back to try the salt-based, rock seaweed, and soy sauce versions!
View on GoogleOne of the best ramen shop in Tokyo. We tried their winter special tantanmen and the classic special shoyu ramen. The soup of the shoyu ramen is deep with amazing flavour with a layer of delicious chicken oil on top. The tantanmen is rich in flavour with an aftertaste of yuzu aromatic. Not to mention the rice bowl was also amazingly delicious. We entered the shop when it was snowing heavily outside, and the owner was really nice and welcoming. We felt sorry that we had to hang our wet clothes on the wall but the owner were very kind and had no issue with it. Overall very amazing experience. Both the owner and his ramen warmed our hearts in the winter. Not very often you can come across a ramen joint like this nowadays.

If there was, it was overwhelmed by the heavy sesame (?) flavor in the Tan Tan sauce so the yuzu flavor was not noticeable at all… P.S. After looking at other reviews, I think we were served with all regular Tan Tan noodles… We all ordered yuzu tan tan, but all of our noodles did not come with the yellow-ish topping, which seems to be yuzu…
