We went to Vegan Ramen UZU for lunch after we spent the morning at teamLab Planets. The orders for Ramen start at 11am, until then they serve other eats like Mochi, edamame, ice creams etc. We got some Mochi and Edamame and went back for ramen. There were large crowds gathered around the eating area and the communal tables were occupied when we got there, but we found seating within a few minutes. The food arrived quickly, the portion sizes were large and overall everything tasted good if you enjoy ramen. We then got some of the frozen fruit pops. They were really good for a hot day. I was told they make their grape fruit pops with red wine so that was a special treat! Overall, if you are the teamLab Planets, definitely stop here for a meal.
View on GoogleAfter a fun day at team labs, we had the dinner at Uzu. All I can say is it was incredible — hands down the best vegan ramen we have ever had. It’s been a couple of months since we returned from Japan, and we’re still thinking about it. If you’re in Tokyo or Kyoto, looking for an unforgettable vegan dining experience, this place is a must-visit. 100% recommended!
View on GoogleAbsolutely incredible vegan ramen! It was truly to die for, the richest, most flavorful bowl I've ever had. Every bite was packed with depth and perfectly balanced. Without a doubt, the tastiest ramen I've ever eaten. The place does get quite crowded, so make sure you allow enough time to find a seat. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleHands down the best vegan / vegetarian yuzu miso ramen in town. I have had it all in every vegan vegetarian restaurant and this right here is the best of them all so far. Great service. You can only dine here if you go for team labs otherwise you will not be allowed in, they don’t accept cash, but the guy behind the counter was courteous enough to tap his card for me. I would have come here again had it not been for the mandatory team labs entrance ticket.
View on GoogleThis was, without a doubt, the best dining experience I have ever had. From the moment you enter a pitch-black room and are guided to your seat, you are completely transported out of the ordinary. The table itself displays artwork, creating a stunning, immersive art experience that truly engages all your senses. As for the food, the service was incredibly fast, and the ramen was the best I have ever tasted—rich, complex, and entirely vegan. It is rare to find a place where the atmosphere and the food are both flawless, but this spot is exactly that.
