I ordered beer with the classic set 'Tankara' (Tanmen and Karaage). First, I took a sip of the soup and was convinced. And changing the flavor is fun. You can try various things like ginger, garlic, karaage spice, and black pepper, so you can enjoy it without getting bored until the end. Personally, I recommend putting the karaage into the ramen midway. The batter soaks up the soup, and it becomes a different kind of deliciousness. The karaage is also crispy and has enough volume. Needless to say, it goes well with beer. Also, I was surprised by the number of female customers. It has a 'heavy' image, but it's easy to eat with plenty of vegetables, so I'm convinced. Honestly, it's worth coming even if you have to transfer trains. It was a bowl that I'll want to eat again uncontrollably. 🍜🍺
