The kitchen inside the store is unsanitary and not cleaned properly. Because they prioritize selling products, they are frighteningly sloppy about the taste and ingredients. When ordering products, it's better to look at the store once before doing so.

They are running several ghost kitchens and the site is not handling anything. I received a call saying they would be late after the arrival time.

I ordered udon, but it arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late. It's been over 2 hours since the order. I don't recommend it.

You guys who park delivery bikes in front of the parking lot next to the shop, stop it already. Even though the shop has posted a sign on the glass of the entrance not to park Uber etc. bikes and bicycles in front of the parking lot, the people on the side who posted it are parking there, you unreasonable people. I used delivery, but it seems they are going around to multiple delivery destinations. Because of that, it arrived 40 minutes over the scheduled time. Since the time it left the shop was quite early, it arrived with cold rice and katsu.
