Most likely the best Sushi Omakase experience I've had in my multiple trips to Japan. Food is excellent - top notch seafood on akazu (red vinegar) sushi rice. Delicious umami flavors without too much acidity / tang. Portions are just right - you won't be bloated, but you'll be satisfied with the 20+ courses, paced out splendidly. Chef Sawada and our delightful server both speak great English and explained the effort and sourcing (well-chosen suppliers and farmers) that went into the food. Service was warm, attentive, and it was a delight talking with them. Would like to come back. Reservations are easy via Tabelog.
