Great Yakiniku spot! The phone line is usually busy and hard to get through, but if you stay patient and keep calling, anyone can manage to get a table. Here is what we ordered: ・Salted Beef Tongue x3 ・Salted Mito (Rumen) ・Salted Harami (Skirt Steak) ・Yukhoe (Beef Tartare) ・Senmai Sashi (Third Stomach Sashimi) ・Loin ・Kalbi (Short Rib) ・Carlos ・Assorted Kimchi / Pickles ・Namul The Salted Tongue definitely lived up to the hype! It might not be domestic beef, but it’s nicely marbled, super savory, and goes surprisingly well with their special seasoning mix. The salted Mino and Harami were also really good. As for the sauce-marinated cuts (Loin, Kalbi, Carlos), they were quite fatty which is nice, but the flavor itself was pretty standard—something you could get at any decent Yakiniku place. That said, the Yukhoe was fantastic! Very rich and fatty, which made it pair perfectly with white rice. Overall, a solid option if you don't mind putting in a bit of effort to call for a reservation!

It's quite warm inside even coming inside from the cold. Can't miss out on the tongue. The basil mino was also a highlight. I personally dislike yukhoe made of frozen thawed beef but I like the texture it can achieve. The yukhoe here had a similar texture to frozen beef and was quite chilled but the freshness and flavor of the beef came through.

Signature ox tongue is thin, soft and its fiber delicate, silky on the mouth and dissolves beautifully. Needless to say the same high quality applies to all offal and beef cuts as well. Let the photos talk. Highly recommended.

One of Tokyo's top rated yakiniku, famous for the elaborate "flower-like" plating. Thin cut gyutan, yukhoe, and harami are standouts. They supposedly take phone reservations but most seats are taken by repeat customers.
