This is a shop that roasts coffee beans that also has self-serve coffee (filter and espresso base, done by machines in either hot or ice versions) and other seasonal drinks, cake and chocolate. Very limited seating in store as the coffee is to-go style but there are seats inside the building itself. The usual coffee is 100 yen, and the filter coffee uses different blends depending on the season. The beans are freshly roasted so the coffee is very good! There are some tea blends available for the same price. They roast beans to order, so you can choose your beans and come back later after they are roasted.

The coffee roast date was a lie. The guy just wrote today, I was surprised but he insisted. There was no bloom in the coffee. The taste was straight up stale. It's this SHB? I will use the rest as toilet fodder. 🤮 Went to the Kanda branch, near Jimbocho. For those reading still, it is really bad because they use Fuji Discovery, specific for 200g. There setup is great... And meant for those who really like coffee. So, it feels like a rip-off.

Coffee costs 100-200¥, but is unbelievably good! We also tried their chocolates and cookies that were perfect, made with purest ingredients. Highly recommended shop, quality and price you can’t beat!
