Saw the line, waited in line, worth the line. Only took 10 mind It's a Chinese-style restaurant renowned for their liver ramen/rice bowl sets. I went there on a rainy Saturday night, and it was a savory visit. Given how most Japanese cuisine is fairly mild and rather lacking in strong taste, the spiced flavors were a much welcomed change. Would go ahead during lunch as opposed to dinner.
View on GoogleWe were taken here by a family who has been patronising this joint for the past 30 years. There was a queue and it was hot and smoky in there (from the cooking) Needless to say it is worth the sweat and wait! That spicy fried liver is to die for. Sweet, salty and spicy liver paired with the crunch of fresh leek on top is just heavenly! The food there are very close to their hearts and seeing them enjoy it just made it so much better! I recommend enjoying this place with an open mind.
View on GoogleThis lever with rice was very delicious. This food is with soup, and it's also good. It's good for beer.
View on GoogleInteresting Chinese restaurant. Recommendation: lever donburi (rice ball)
View on GoogleNot only was the quality of the ramen very poor but there were also dirty ashtrays on the tables. We ate here as soon as they opened so it wasn't as though they hadn't had time to clean or change them. Would not recommend.
