Cashless, fast, and extremely affordable Toyosu café with around six power outlets located under the left‑side counter facing the window. Regular coffee is exceptionally cheap (around 180 yen at time of recording), making this one of the best value stops in Tokyo. Seating is basic and the store becomes busy on weekends and national holidays, so it’s not ideal for long stays. However, it’s a very useful spot for a quick, low‑cost break with Wi‑Fi and a chance to charge your laptop when an outlet seat is available.

Over the years have always noticed how busy this place is and we finally stopped in to get some coffee. Was surprised at how cheap the coffee is compared to many other cafes and how quick the service is. Biggest drawback is that coffee choice is limited to basically Americano or cafe au lait. These options are way better than any Starbucks or typical Japanese coffee chain like a Doutors or Tully's but most cafes will have more coffee choices like cappuccino, expresso, latte, etc. While the coffee is very good for value for money, and cafe itself is spacious enough to relax, at this price point it almost feels you might as well get cheaper options at combinis which are obviously worse but even cheaper.

If you are looking for a quick bite and decent coffee, R.O. STAR is a suitable option. It isn’t fancy but it is busy. The cheesy mackerel sandwich was surprisingly yummy—loved the cabbage—and the oat milk aulait and coffee were satisfying.

Great coffee (had black coffee). Open early. Amazing egg & bacon roll with a surprise light salad in it. Just what we needed for a travel/hangover cure. Delighted we found this hidden gem of a recluse. Peaceful. Aircon. Very affordable. Wifi available. Soft thoughtful music in the background. Staff are wonderful. Not much English but very friendly and helpful. No cash. Card only. Business people frequent here so the coffee must be good and the food tasty & affordable. It’s a block away from the Toyosu train station. So take a ride over the rainbow bridge for fun or on your way to team labs and go all the way to the end of the train line walk over to R.O.STAR get your bracing coffee and egg roll, have a moment of peace, plan your day and feel grateful for this space to start you off!! I’m so pleased I found this place. I’ll be in a better travel mood today now 😜 I will return.

A busy place during a weekday lunch largely with office workers, they serve very well priced sandwiches, tea and coffee.  We stopped by for something to drink and they were very good for the affordable price.  Seating was a bit more of a challenge, arriving in the middle of the lunch hour but we still managed to get seats.  It's a good option if you're in the area.
