The food was not out of this world, but it did the job. We needed to eat and for a museum restaurant it was quite good. So I recommend it this place for when you are in the museum. Since it is inside the museum, you can quickly eat and continue on with your day in the museum. Staff, as always in Japan are very friendly and helpful and do their very best to help in whatever way they can. Overall good experience and a good museum cafe.

A big plus for this restaurant is that they have a vegan option. The vegetables were a bit scarce, and brown rice would be a healthier option, and would magnify the exhibits about healthy eating and aging. The view from the dining seats is nice. I think you can also sit outside on the balcony, but we did not try that.

The food was pretty good for a museum cafeteria. Reasonably priced and quick, although there wasn't many people here. Got 3 meals with drinks for about what we would normally spend at a fast food place.

Delicious food. Small but perfectly kid friendly menu. Just what the Young uns needed! I wasn’t unhappy either :) Great place for a rainy day

This is 5 stars FOR A MUSEUM RESTAURANT. Not for just any restaurant. But for a museum restaurant, it was really very good, and it's so convenient if you're at Miraikan. Not saying go just for it, but it's way better for the price point than any museum restaurant in the US. (Possibly that's just a really low bar.) Great views too.
