Ordered tsukemen (regular 200g・seafood-chicken soup that day) ・The dipping sauce can be reheated. ・There are unusual menu items like butagatsu-don and seasoned shiraga negi. ・On the table: fruit vinegar, yuzu powder, freshly grated raw garlic, ichimi togarashi, and black pepper. ・What is the famous 「カレ変ライス」→ you change the dipping sauce to curry flavor and then add rice. A ticket (160 yen) is required. Not possible with dipping sauce after soup-wari. Soup-wari after カレ変ライス is OK. ・It's 50% tastier if you do the カレ変ライス. ・A shop started by a married couple who love tsukemen. ・It has a cozy feel similar to a hidden café.
View on GoogleHad delicious tsukemen in Tokyo for the first time in a while. If the soup had a bit more chicken broth punch, it would catch up to ちっちょ in Korien. Please add minced onion—it becomes surprisingly delicious. So 開化楼 can make tasty thick noodles too; I've changed my opinion of them a bit. 4 stars with high hopes for their future efforts. Gyotoku Ramen Grandpa.
View on GoogleThe carefully crafted noodles and dipping sauce are both delicious. I go after visiting a nearby rock climbing gym. 4 stars because it's far from the station and so on—considering people coming from far away, access is difficult, so I took that into account.
View on GoogleThe カレ変ライス is famous, but heads up for light eaters, the portion is big The ramen is delicious too. The shop has grown to 3 locations and the lines have calmed down, but the taste hasn't dropped.
View on GoogleThe curry switch (カレー変) to finish is unique. The soup with fruit in it is rich yet clean—delicious. Anyway, expect a line!
