A great place to enjoy a thick broth ramen. The chef is friendly so as his assistant (i guess it's his wife). The menu is quite confusing tho because they dont have a english or other language beside from Japanese. From their menu they serve 6 different kind of ramen which divided into spicy and non-spicy. I tried all of the non-spicy ramens which I suggest to "must-try-dish". They also have rice bowl which you can buy as a set for the ramen. Unfortunately for their spicy i only try tried one dish but it was still satisfying. The entire restaurant has the atmosphere of welcoming and the aesthetic Japanese vibe. I love to go back there if i visit Tokyo again.

【2024.3】 I had 白ちゃんぽん麺 (850円). Payment is upfront. A salt-based broth with just the right punch. It's also brimming with flavor from the stir-fried vegetables and seafood. There are 10 ingredients: cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, leafy greens, ginger, wood ear mushrooms, small pieces of chashu, shrimp, and squid. The noodles are flat and slightly springy, enjoyable in both appearance and texture. They pick up the broth well and are an excellent match. It's not your typical Nagasaki champon, but I thought it was an appealing champon that was every bit as good.

This place specializes in 坦々麺 and ちゃんぽん! The ちゃんぽん comes in red and white, with the red one being spicy! I'd been curious whenever I passed by, but it had been closed for a long time, so I visited when I finally saw it open again! It's about a 10-minute walk from 木場駅, and it was full of office workers at night! ⁡ I figured I should try their signature 坦々麺 or ちゃんぽん, and since I love spicy food, I ordered ちゃんぽん(赤)(¥800)〜 Apparently this 赤ちゃんぽん is their most popular dish! ⁡ It looked quite red and spicy, so I worried whether I'd be able to handle it, but when I tried the broth, it had plenty of savory flavor amid the heat and wasn't nearly as spicy as it looked!! The seafood flavor made it comforting too〜 Personally, I really loved it! The noodles are thick and slippery, with a satisfying bite! ⁡ My companion had 坦々麺(¥800). That looked delicious too〜 I tried a bite, and the rich broth had a strong sesame flavor and plenty of minced meat. It was really good! ⁡ They also have ラージャン麺, 山椒坦々麺, 白ちゃんぽん, and more! I visited on a weekday evening. The interior was compact and relaxing, with several condiments available to adjust the flavor. The 担々麺 was generously topped with meat miso and bean sprouts, making it very filling. The broth was rich with just the right heat, so delicious that I polished it off. There are also 3 rice dishes, and apparently plain rice is free. Note that payment is upfront.

Even the bok choy in the 担々麺 is thoroughly coated with flavor, as though quickly stir-fried, which is nice. The broth is mildly spicy, the kind you eat while sweating. The minced meat is tasty and there's quite a generous amount of toppings, so you can enjoy them with the broth until near the end. The noodles are thin but still plentiful. The fried rice came out of a rice cooker, which made me wonder〜 It was more separate-grained than expected, but some grains had a hard center? Some of the rice was firm… The wife's service was warm right to the end, which was nice, but the male owner stayed silent throughout… Around 木場駅, where ramen competition is fierce, this won't bring repeat customers; it'll just end up being somewhere people reluctantly eat because everywhere else is packed on weekdays.
