Very old school and homely taste! The Oden soup is the best i’ve drunk thus far. Worth the trip here!

We've come to this shotengai a few times, and finally got to try this oden. There was a short queue, but it moved quickly. You can choose to have it packed in a bag with broth to take home, or served in a bowl or on sticks to eat on the spot—super convenient. The taste is absolutely amazing—proper, authentic, old-school oden. Highly recommended!

Take-out Oden fish cakes. You need a pot and stove at your place to really enjoy. Things are flavorful and warms you up on a cold day in autumn and winter. Enjoy with good cup of sake.

Great oden and just an impressive operation. With this many customers to serve they've got no time to suffer fools gladly or otherwise, so line up from the correct side and decide what you want before you get to the front.

Saw a huge line here and decided to try it out. I got the koniac, cabbage roll, and mochikin for 250 in total. The soup was lighter than I expected.
