Waited maybe 30 minutes to get in right after open. The broth is thick and kinda Tsukemen style. If you sip the broth it comes off salty but it is much better when eating noodles or toppings which is expected. Good deep flavor. The noodles are excellent! Great chew. The egg was ok and the other topping were pretty good. The people running the shop are warm and friendly. Overall I like it here. Worth the wait.

A must visit ramen spot if you’re in the area. Run by a lovely couple who do everything yet maintain that exceptional service. I got the large char siu ramen with a side of fried gyoza and my girlfriend got the regular ramen. The noodles and broth are rich, flavorful, wonderful. The wife and husband are kind and are very attentive to requests.

My husband said this was “the best ramen I’ve ever had!” We arrived around 10:30 as a party of 3 adults and a baby. There were around 8 people ahead of us but we were still able to get seated in the first group. The owners wife came outside to take our orders, she was very kind and sweet! She was also very good at English . We really enjoyed our meal here, the service and the atmosphere were also lovely. Thank you so much!

① Restaurant Features A ramen restaurant with excellent customer service run by a couple. Seven seats at the counter and two tables for four people. A popular restaurant that has been in business for over 20 years. Cash only. ② Review of dishes ◎Chashu-men: 1,290 yen The soup, which is a fusion of chicken, pork, and seafood, is lighter than it looks, but has a deep flavor. The chashu pork is tender and falls apart. The noodles are straight, medium-thick noodles that go well with the soup and are of high quality.

The food is good, and the tsukemen soup is unique. The noodles are a bit cold, which I don’t prefer, and the gyoza wrappers are thin. The gyoza was quite tasty though, and honestly went well with the soup broth. In all, a solid ramen joint, although I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
