The okonomiyaki was made fresh right in front of us which was great for service. The worker was very nice and able to somewhat communicate in english with us. The food was a solid 8/10, given the workers reccomendations. Everyone in the restaurant was having a great time partying, so you knew the food was good. Edit: Upped it to 4 stars after reading the comment. I misread the receipt on the quantities. But being charged 380 yen per appetizer that we didn't ask for is a bit crazy.
View on GoogleThis is a small family run restaurant with some fantastic food. We accidentally found it looking for a family style diner. They don’t speak English but Google Translate helped.
View on GoogleThis place is the definition of service. We stopped in for dinner on a random night and while there was a massive language barrier and a lack of an English menu, we were still able to communicate enough to get a few delicious order in. And while I'm sure we were supposed to cook the food ourselves, they immediately clocked they we were not going to be any good at that and helped us out by cooking if for us... which we were definitely grateful for. The price was good (you can keep ordering til you're full), the food was delicious (considering they don't seem to use spices), and the service was amazing. I would for sure recommend.
View on GoogleProbably some of the best yakisoba I have ever tasted in my life. When my husband and I stopped by there was a fairly loud group of locals enjoying the food. They weren't rude or anything, but they were loud. The cook and server tried to be helpful but even with translator apps we had a hard time with the language barrier, which led to frustration for everyone. Theybwere also not the most welcoming. Then once the server had taken our order, he left and didn't come back. At all. An English menu would have been helpful and really reduced frustration here.
View on GoogleThe Okonomiyaki master made us the best well shaped, most delicious, and most authentic Okonomiyaki of my life. I Loved it! When we were heading out the chef even gave us an Omiage. My taste buds were not just touched so was my heart by their kindness and friendliness. Eat here please! These people deserves the respect they give to others.
