Japanese Ramen Manchan
【Japanese Ramen マンちゃん】 Opened on 令和6年11月20日. We serve ramen without artificial flavor enhancers, carefully drawing out the ingredients' natural umami. Conveniently located along 四ツ目通り, it's within walking distance of exit B1 of 住吉 Station (approximately 390m). Every day, we gradually research and refine our flavors, pursuing a bowl that delights our customers under the motto “More delicious, more enjoyable.” Especially popular is ✨ 昆布水つけ麺(醤油/塩) ✨ A carefully crafted dish in which noodles coated in kombu umami are dipped into dipping broth, keeping every bite enjoyable to the very last. Service ends as soon as the noodles or soup sell out…

We visited late evening after whole day spent in Tokyo. I don't know if we have been tired and cold but this ramen was best ramen I had in long time. Salty, rich, meat was delicious and soft. I regret that we didn't discover this place earlier because our airbnb was very close.
View on GoogleOne of the best ramen I ever had. Ordered the shio ramen, you can taste the slightly smoky flavor in the broth, slurping noodles and give a bite of sousvide chicken breast or chashu was the best thing in a cool day in Oshiage. I would rather give a solid 4.8 cause they’re out of soft-boiled egg.
View on GoogleAbsolutely in love with this Tokusei Shio Ramen! The broth is clear and flavorful, the trio of chashu is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the soft-boiled egg is just perfect. 🤩 On top of that, the staff were super friendly and helpful — they guided me through the menu with a warm smile The shop is spacious, clean, and has such a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere.🤓🤓 This was definitely one of the most memorable experiences of my trip! If I get the chance, I’ll absolutely come back again!
View on GoogleOverpriced and nothing special. Ordered shio ramen and it lacked depth. Location is inconvenient and I wouldn’t go again even if I passed it. Looks delicious but very overrated.
View on GoogleI had the salt broth ramen with pork topping here and was very satisfied. Ordering is done through a vending machine where you select your ramen type, toppings, and side dishes. Very convenient for foreigners, as there’s an English menu available that makes the process easy to follow. The machine prints out meal tickets which you then hand over to the staff. The staff was very friendly and proactively explained how the ordering system works. The food arrived quickly and was freshly prepared. The salt broth was well-balanced, and the pork was tender and nicely portioned. Overall, a simple, quick, and very pleasant ramen experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic ramen in Tokyo with a smooth and foreigner-friendly ordering system.
