I came after seeing a review saying taxi drivers frequent this place! I ordered a yakiniku set meal with a strong garlic flavor. A neighborhood diner recommended for anyone looking for lunch around Minamisuna and Ario. I stopped by after shopping at Ario. The seating is mainly tables, with a counter for solo diners along the wall too. It was relatively easy to get in around 11:30, but the seats were pretty full before 12. Visiting early is recommended. This time I ordered the yakiniku set meal + small rice. The seasoning had plenty of garlic, the kind that makes you eat lots of rice. Even the small rice was a generous portion, and very satisfying! It was delicious! You choose your main dish, and it comes with rice, miso soup, and pickles. You can also order dishes individually, so you can adjust according to your appetite that day. Yakiniku, ham and eggs, spaghetti salad With a large rice and the restaurant's soup (rice and miso soup) set. The yakiniku was delicious, with a sweet and savory sauce! The large rice🍚 was quite a lot! The person in the next seat said, is that a large? Then! A medium is enough for me! They ordered a medium! It had that quintessential Showa diner feel! It was delicious.
