① Restaurant Features A ramen specialty shop near Kameido Tenjin Shrine. A ticket dispenser system is located in front of the store. The wood-toned interior is calm and clean. The price point is high for ramen. ② Food Review ◎ Wonton Chashu Shio Ramen The clear, faintly golden broth is mellow and deeply flavorful. The temperature is just right—neither too hot nor lukewarm. The noodles are hand-made, thin, and straight. Their texture is so smooth it creates the illusion of eating silk. The chashu comes in thin and thick slices; both are tender, carefully prepared, and delicious. The wontons come in two types: pork and local chicken. Though small, they pack a rich, meaty flavor and have a strong presence. A superb ramen where all elements harmonize perfectly.
View on GoogleRestaurant ambiance is nice and elegant. Service is quite fast and portion is relatively acceptable. Owners were 2 kind young men. Noodle is soft and tasty, meat balls are also tasty and strength the aroma and saltiness. However, based on what they offer, price is still quite high compare to other restaurants. Chicken slice was a bit raw and soup was not perfect. Overall, it wasn’t something I’d seek to visit regularly, but the experience was satisfying.
View on GoogleCame in just after opening, no wait time. Ordering was via a vending machine that was easy enough to use. Food came quickly after handing over my ticket. Broth was light, and I kept picking up hints of ginger and yuzu, which was really refreshing. Wontons were very silky and the noodles thin and chewy, very delicious!
View on GoogleI ordered the shoyu wantan ramen, which was simply 5-star quality. It featured two types of chashu pork, both of which were amazing. The noodles were thin and soft—not usually my favorite, but they suited the broth perfectly. The service was good as well. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before opening, as there will be a line of people.
