The owner has a selection of boutique wines, he is very knowledgeable about them, very friendly, and very patient with newcomers to town. Will definitely go back!!

My wife and I visited on Sunday evening. It was an interesting restaurant with lots of flexibility, where they combine your preferred ingredients to make dishes. We started by toasting with bottled Italian beer. It was a beer I'd never tried, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. For starters, we ordered a platter of ブレザオラ(beef・dry-cured ham), あん肝ブリュレ, レバーショコラ, ウサギリエット, octopus, and 金時ボテさら. Everything had a strong flavor that you could keep eating endlessly with drinks. The あん肝ブリュレ was especially good: the rich liver flavor matched the caramelized sugar, making it the ultimate drinking snack. We ordered a bottle of orange wine(3,700円). Apparently the illustrations on the bottle packaging were drawn by children. It was Italian, light, and delicious. After that, we ordered eggplant and porcini to go with 真鯛のアクアパッツア and ダチョウのタリアータ. In the アクアパッツァ, the eggplant had absorbed the delicious sea bream broth and was exquisite. It was also my first time eating ostrich, and the red meat was surprisingly tender and tasty. Every dish was exquisite, and the bill was just under 2万円. I'd like to return for an anniversary or another special occasion!

A restaurant tucked away on a backstreet, where you can take your time enjoying wine and food. Choose your wine and give a general idea of what you'd like to eat, and the staff prepare something that suits you nicely. Everything paired well with the wine and was delicious. It was my first time having new ginger pasta, and the combination of finely julienned young ginger and thin pasta was very tasty.

A restaurant I regretted not knowing about sooner. Since it was my first visit, I started with a course menu and then ordered more. This wasn't because the course portions were insufficient, but because the wine and course dishes paired so well that I kept eating and drinking, and ended up wanting more of both. The à la carte menu works by making requests such as 「I'd like you to grill some asparagus」. The owner is a qualified sommelier, so you can confidently ask for advice about drinks. Apparently he also sells wine retail, so the wines served were varied and reasonably priced. I enjoyed food and drinks that honestly made me think, 「You could charge more for this」⭐️ I should add that although I usually take quite a few photos, the food was so good I forgot to take any. Since it's a one-person operation, I think it's best to book ahead. I managed to visit again, so I've added photos.
