View on GoogleCurry Udon Senkichi at Shin-Kiba Station is a hidden gem that transforms a simple dish into an extraordinary experience. Specializing in rich, flavorful curry udon, this cozy eatery is a must-visit for anyone passing through the area. We ordered the Karayoshi Curry Udon and the Senkichi Curry Udon, and both dishes were nothing short of spectacular. The Karayoshi Curry Udon had a delightful spicy kick that added warmth and depth to the rich, creamy curry broth. The noodles were perfectly chewy, capturing the essence of traditional udon, and the spice level was just right—enough to excite the palate without overwhelming the dish's overall balance. The Senkichi Curry Udon showcased a more classic flavor profile, with its silky curry sauce providing a comforting and hearty experience. The broth was robust, with layers of umami that complemented the thick, slurp-worthy noodles. The toppings—perfectly cooked vegetables and tender slices of meat—added texture and variety to each bite, making it a well-rounded bowl of pure satisfaction. The casual and welcoming ambiance at Curry Udon Senkichi made the experience even better. The staff was polite and efficient, ensuring a smooth dining experience despite the bustling location. For lovers of Japanese curry and udon, Curry Udon Senkichi is a culinary haven. Whether you're seeking a spicy kick or a comforting bowl of classic curry udon, this spot delivers with exceptional flavors and quality. Highly recommended for a quick yet fulfilling meal at Shin-Kiba Station!
View on GoogleThe curry udon is really unique, its a bit light, and not spicy. it is drinkable as a soup for the udon, but i prefer to mix it with rice. the service is good and the restaurant is considered very spacious compared to most shops in Tokyo (see video), for around rm30-40 range food, its reasonably affordable. definitely worth a try, there's a dry japanese curry version. it reminds me of menya hanabi in Sri Petaling, but this one more flavourful. it was a good place for me to relax for dinner on the way back to hotel after a tiring day as disneyland, definitely a lot cheaper to eat here than disneyland.
View on GoogleDelicious! The cutlet was perfectly cooked and the udon was great. So much comfort food for a great price. Staff don’t speak English but are so friendly and polite.
View on GoogleStumbled in here on a whim after MariCar and wow was I happy I did. I like spicy and my travel companion does not and we we're both able to order things we likes. The food was so flavorful and satisfying. They have an English menu as well which was helpful.
