You could simply say the flavor is weak, but it is healthy. The daily plate lets you eat many different ingredients and varieties of food. Overall, it's low in fat, high in protein, and full of vegetables and vitamins. It's lightly salted (compared with other restaurants), but according to the Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2020 edition), target salt intake is below 7.5 for men and below 6.5 for women, and below 6.0g/day for both men and women with hypertension. So I think this level of saltiness per meal might actually be ideal. Rather, perhaps other restaurants have made excessive salt the norm to suit Japanese people who prefer strongly seasoned food. We should be careful about lifestyle diseases, particularly hypertension caused by too much salt. PayPay accepted. No free Wifi.
View on GoogleLunch is lightly seasoned, including the saltiness. If it's natural salt, perhaps a little more would be fine. It includes kakiage, so it isn't gluten-free. The taste is average. I wasn't quite satisfied, so I had carrot cake, and that was really delicious. The coffee came with creamer, so maybe they aren't that particular about health. The atmosphere is very nice. Lunch, cake, and coffee were 1800えん.

View on GoogleI stopped by for lunch with my 2-year-old, thinking the menu was health-oriented, but was told that even a 2-year-old should order one lunch dish from the same menu as adults. That was clearly impossible, so we gave up and went home. This cafe is very unsuitable for visits with small children. Perhaps the staff were busy, but they were cold throughout. I think it would be good for people with children big enough to eat the same menu as adults.
