魚がし日本一Uogashinihonichi nonowa
Freshly formed Edomae sushi, anytime, with the toppings you like, as much as you like. A return to the origins of the 「sushi stalls」 of 200 years ago. The original standing sushi restaurant supports busy businesspeople's dining needs with fresh toppings and warm sushi rice, served as nigiri across the counter. ※Reservations are not available because this is a standing-only restaurant

As a standing sushi bar inside the station, the quality and quantity are sufficient. You can eat it quickly between getting off and transferring trains between the Chuo Line and Musashino Line.
View on GoogleBecause it's inside the station, it's a perfect place for a quick meal when transferring. Since it's standing, the turnover is fast, so you can get in without waiting too long.
View on GoogleA convenient standing sushi bar inside the station that can be used without leaving the station when returning from the city center towards Tachikawa via the Chuo Line. I entered after 13:00, and although it was crowded with customers coming one after another after us, the turnover was good. Because the chef prepares sushi one after another skillfully, we were not made to wait, but because it's a bit rushed, it's not suitable for relaxing eating and drinking. There are several affordable lunch set menus, so there's no need to be confused. But the taste is very delicious, and the nigiri is not too big, so I'm satisfied.
View on GoogleI visited during lunch. Because it is inside the ticket gate of Nishi-Kokubunji Station, it can be used between transfers. Although it is standing, there was a place to hang a jacket. I ordered the Aoi set. They said there is a service for favorite hand rolls on Fridays, so I ordered toro-taku. The sushi was delicious, and I was able to have a satisfying meal in about 15 minutes.
View on GoogleThe renovation inside Nishi-Kokubunji Station has been completed and it has reopened. Not only for takeout, there is also a standing space inside. It's not conveyor belt sushi, but the form is to ask the person who prepares what you want to eat. The staff are cheerful, and you can eat comfortably. You can also drink alcohol, but it seems like no one stays for a long time. The sanma and raw saba I ordered first were delicious. The vinegared rice is a bit small, the nigiri is a bit soft. The menu price is the price per piece. If it's 350 yen (eh, was it 300 yen?) or more, you can order one piece, but it seems for cheaper ingredients you have to order in units of two pieces.
