Not that spicy south indian meals made cooked by a Japanese chef/owner. Compared to other Indian restaurant, the spiciness of curries are softer, so it makes me eat every now and then. I love the Dhaba meals. Spice Me Tender!

Good local Indian curry shop. Run by Japanese chef. Nice flavour and spices with a stylish, rustic interior.

As an Indian who arrived to Japan just a couple weeks ago, i was searching for a place to get authentic Indian meals and chanced upon this restaurant. I was instantly hit with nostalgia upon entering: from the friendly staff, to the rustic interior, to the yummy Biryani combo... everything was a classic 10/10. Reminded me of mum's cooking back home. My regards to the chef. Know that you have found a regular customer in me!

In India, a dhaba means s roadside cafe, mostly serving truck and bus drivers and travellers; sometimes, a dhaba also has several wooden beds in the backyards, for tired drivers. Of course, no beds in this place 😜 The food is authentic, albeit perhaps less spicy. I had a thali set – a plate of rice, chapati and cups of dal (thick lentils soup) and a couple of other sauces, anda glass of namak lassi (salted). In Japan, I usually prefer Japanese food, but remembering India was dood, for a change. The place is rather small so you might have to wait for being served.
