Relaxed, cozy, brightly lit sushi restaurant. The food was great, especially the specials. Extensive drinks menu. Whole place is non smoking.

They even served tea when I was picking up sushi to take away, which made me very happy on a cold day. I often bought their sushi-shaped candies because my niece loved them. Seasonal dishes such as autumn matsutake dobin mushi are reasonably priced despite being lavish.

I asked whether there were no shiny-skinned fish toppings, and they firmly told me this “Nihonbashi” set didn't have any, yet it had shima-aji. What's more, a Chinese staff member was talking to someone else inside the restaurant, saying aren't shima-aji and aji different, in a tone that sounded like they were correcting my mistake, which was unpleasant. This person is also adept at pointless chatter with male customers (I don't know if they're regulars), making me wonder if this is a sushi club I recommend serving in a dress or costume. I went in thinking it was conveyor-belt sushi, but it wasn't. Sitting at the counter, prices started at 100円 per piece, and I could enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional non-conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. The staff were friendly and pleasant too, making it a nice place.
