we ordered 8 pizzas through uber eats but they only delivered half of them. they got us starving. the half pizzas that we ate were not that good (i’m italian). we tried to call the restaurant but they said it’s not their problem and we should discuss with uber eats, and uber eats only refunded us 500yen (we paid 17000) do not recommend
View on GoogleThey just delivered half of our pizzas and didn't cooperate with us or refund the money.
View on Googleur voice is too quiet ur instructions r getting drowned out by the pizza oven. ru really in a position to call me incompetent? 🤣 its fine though, since my whole resume is a lie.
View on GoogleOrder via delivery app. After 1.5 hours after ordering, there was no news. When I called the store, they said it had been 1 hour since the product was made and they were waiting for the delivery person. The product was received after 2 hours, but when I inquired to the delivery app, the store received the order 30 minutes after the time it was said the product was made. The person who responded to the phone should also know on the spot, but whether he is asking his boss, repeated suspensions. I felt it was a store that could not be trusted. It's a pity because the taste is good. I won't order again.
