Introducing the 1,360 yen Tokusei Chuka Soba rice set at Chuka Soba no Nakayoshi, a ramen shop located a 3-minute walk from Musashi-Koganei Station on the Chuo Line. The order is the Tokusei Chuka Soba, which includes everything, plus rice. When handing over the meal ticket, I was asked (noodle firmness/flavor intensity), and I requested both to be normal. A clear soup with a layer of lard on the surface and chashu with irregular shapes. Is this Chan-style?? It's a Chintan-style ramen that whets the appetite. The soup brings out the strong umami of pork, the sweetness and umami of back fat melting into it, a refreshing and delicious soy sauce flavor. It's delicious. The noodles are medium-thick, curly, flat noodles. Chewy and delicious noodles that go well with the soup. The seasoned and chewy chashu, of which there are several pieces, is perfect with rice! Halfway through, I changed the flavor with pepper and special spicy miso. I finished the soup to the last drop. While understanding that there is no need to classify all ramen into XX-style, this ramen is indeed Chan-style. #MusashiKoganeiLunch #MusashiKoganeiGourmet #KoganeiGourmet #KoganeiRamen #ChanStyleRamen #ChukaSobaNoNakayoshi

I've never eaten authentic Chan-style before, but this is my first visit with only the knowledge from other reviews that it's Chan-style inspired? Around 1:30 PM on a holiday, the shop was about 70% full. There is a ticket machine on the left when you enter, my first visit I always eat the original, but I really wanted to eat plenty of back fat so I chose it😆 Preferences are all normal. I sat in the back of the shop where there isn't much space behind. After waiting a while, the bowl on the tray arrived. When I drank the soup, it was sweet😋 The noodles are flat and transparent but chewy. I don't have the vocabulary and my tongue is stupid so this is my expression, but it's delicious✨ The chashu is also standard and plentiful, and it's satisfying to eat, and this is also delicious. What is the sweetness? I don't know. Where are the noodles from? Homemade? Flavor changes are pepper and spicy miso. I put spicy miso in at the end, but I prefer it without it. There were about 4-6 staff? They were cooking and serving efficiently. My impression is that it was delicious. It doesn't seem to be open continuously, so if the timing is right, I'd like to try other menus. Also, I felt that they opened the shop after deciding on the concept firmly. In front of the station, the rent must be high and there are many part-timers, so I want this shop to do its best🙌 Oh, is there no garlic?😋

This is a new shop that replaced Fufu Ramen, which disappeared at some point. It is a fierce battle area where ramen shops like Seitenya and kuu are lined up. Because it's new, I thought there would be a line, but perhaps because they have a clear separation from Iekei and Kyushu styles, it's not that crowded. I was confused at the ticket machine at the entrance, but the push for sets and specials is very strong. Chuka Soba 890 yen + large portion 150 yen You can choose the richness of the soup and the firmness of the noodles. Everything is normal. Toppings are chopped green onions, menma, and chashu. Chashu is a fairly solid chunk with quite a bit of fat. Soup that mainly uses pork with a little garlic. Not greasy and clear in color. There is umami. The noodles are flat and have a chewy texture. It goes well with the flavorful soup. I want them to do their best without lowering the quality.

I visited "Chuka Soba no Nakayoshi," which opened in the former Fufu Ramen near Musashi-Koganei Station, for lunch. I visited at 11:45 and was able to enter the shop without waiting. This time I ordered "Chuka Soba with plenty of back fat" and "half rice"! The soup is homemade with a sharp soy sauce flavor, and by combining it with the sweetness of back fat, it has become a deep taste that everyone loves. The noodles are flat, curly noodles reminiscent of Shirakawa ramen. These noodles wrap the back fat well, and the balance with the soup is excellent, so my chopsticks wouldn't stop! It went great with rice. Since it just opened, the appearance of the staff working hard also made a good impression, and it's a shop I want to support. *Payment is cash only, so please be careful when going. I want to repeat it again!

When I visited during weekday lunch, there was one seat left, so I was able to sit without waiting. The seats are only counter. However, the distance between seats is narrow and the feeling of crowding is unavoidable. Well, because they pack them in tightly, that's why I was able to sit. The noodles are flat noodles? and the chashu was a delicious block. Menma is also soft and has a light and delicious taste. Green onions go very well with the soup, and since it's my taste, I will visit again.
