Since there were no reviews after actually buying and eating bread, I will write it. Is this run by a couple? It seems the man is in charge of the cash register and the woman is in charge of cooking. Because the bread is handmade in the store, I have a good impression of the organic feel. I tried a few, but sweet bread basically has a gentle sweetness with suppressed sweetness. It might feel lacking for children who are used to sweet bread full of additives, but for adults, it is a taste that can be eaten with peace of mind. Since it has just opened, the product lineup is constantly being tried and tested, and every time I go, I can meet new products. It makes me feel happy with "what's there today?". Also, this is completely someone else's business, but I feel it is a waste that they don't put much effort into advertising even though it is a new opening. SNS sends out information on Instagram but the update frequency is low. However, I really welcome the opening of a new store in this place, so I would be happy if they continue to continue even if it is thin and long. Since they plan to operate as a cafe in the future, I support them.

Opened on March 22, 2026. Although it is a bakery & cafe, as of May 3, only the bakery is operating and it is only open on Thursdays and Saturdays. There is a cash register counter right in front of the entrance and two staff members greet you, so I, being shy, always hesitate to enter and end up not going in. Once when there was no one at the counter, I looked inside and it was bustling with customers with children, but the children were making a lot of noise and the bread was displayed at the same height as the children's faces, making it look like it was covered in their saliva, which instantly killed my desire to buy anything, so I left without buying anything. At the very least, standing at the counter waiting for customers is too oppressive, so I wish they would stop that. This is just my personal impression. Please understand.

It's a delicious bakery! It just opened and is only open on Thursdays and Saturdays, but you can buy delicious bread in a calm atmosphere. There is no dining space. The prices are about the same as a bakery in the city center, so it's a bit pricey, but I feel like each piece is carefully baked.

I bought 5 or 6 pieces and shared them with my family, and every single one was delicious. My family was also happy and said it was the best bakery in the Hanakoganei area.

I recently found out about this place and stopped by, and since the variety of bread is very rich and everything was delicious, I've been visiting frequently ever since. From classic breads like cream bread, melon pan, and salt bread, to Western-style breads like ciabatta, focaccia, and brioche, to sweet breads like scones and donuts, the lineup is extremely rich, and I always have trouble choosing. I like Western-style bread, so I tried a few, and I think all of them are made carefully with love. Personally, I like the simple taste of the ciabatta, but the savory breads are also recommended. Not only the bread itself, but the ingredients are also delicious, so I often have them for lunch. I also tried some sweet breads for adults, and the subtle sweetness was elegant, which I also liked very much. The price is about 300-400 yen each, or around 1000 yen for 3. Considering the effort and content, I personally think the price is quite reasonable. When you enter, it's heartwarming to see the couple who own the shop standing at the register waiting quietly. You can take your time choosing bread without hesitation, and when you bring it to the register, they carefully put each one in a transparent bag and then wrap it in a paper bag. Sometimes I get a free homemade drink while waiting. Since they are open 2 days a week, I hope they can continue at their own pace without overdoing it.
