Their tempura soba makes for a good dinner. It fills the stomach, owing to the earthy flavor of the soba with tempura in it. The lady staff could also communicate in English though the menu is all written in hiragana and kanji. There were few people when I came in and it felt good to enjoy the food in such a quiet place. The ambiance is inviting and cozy. Probably it's good to try other varieties of soba, such as the shimeji. I wonder if vegetables and mushrooms will suit the soba and soup better.

店内には4つのカウンター席と1つの大きなテーブルがあり、全体的にゆとりのある広々とした空間でした。メニューを見ると、お酒のつまみがかなり充実していて、食事だけでなく飲み屋としても十分に利用できる雰囲気です。 お腹が空いていたので、天丼・生ビール・蕎麦を注文。ほどなくして、大きな海老天が2尾のった天丼に加え、味噌汁とお新香が運ばれてきました。揚げたての海老天はタレにしっかりくぐらせてあり、衣にタレが染み込んでいて、見た目からして食欲をそそります。カラッと揚がった衣の中にプリプリの海老が詰まっていて、目にも鮮やかで満足度の高い一品でした。 海老天のタレとご飯の相性も抜群で、箸が止まらない美味しさです。 味噌汁にはえのきと長ねぎが入っていましたが、個人的には「えのき」はなくても良いかなという印象でした。 全体的にボリュームもあり、しっかり食事を楽しめました。

清瀬駅から徒歩ですぐのお蕎麦屋さん。 少し奥まった所にあるので隠れ家的。 店内はカウンター席4席と6人掛けぐらいのテーブル席のみの、こじんまりした店内でした。 何度か伺っていつも待ち人がいる感じでしたが、この広さだと‥納得。 天丼セットと冷やし納豆おろしを注文しました。 他の方も書かれてましたが、店員さんの対応は‥ちょっと残念でした。 天丼はタレが濃いめで黒めの見た目。 衣がザクザクでした。 冷やし納豆はお蕎麦もツルツルで喉越しもいいのですが、レンゲがないんですよね。 なのでとても食べづらくて、最後納豆が残ってしまいました。 もしかしてお願いすれば出してもらえたのかもしれませんね。 夜もやっていて一品料理やお酒の種類もそのそこあるので、居酒屋的な使い方もできるかもしれません。

清瀬南口の「手打そば 松庵」さんです。 今回、季節の天ぷらそばをお願い。 自家製麺は北海道弟子屈町の「キタワセ」を使った新そばで風味良し。 季節の天ぷらは茄子、インゲン、南瓜、緑色のは空芯菜で天ぷらでは初めて食べましたが美味しかったです。 ネギと山葵の他に大根おろしも添えてあるのが嬉しい。 最後は蕎麦湯で身体も温まりました。 お店はカウンター席4～5席に6～8名座れるテーブル席と手狭ですが二階席もあり宴会コースも楽しめるようです。 おつまみとアルコール類も豊富なのでお勧め店です。支払いはPayPay使えます。

I know of four soba shops within walking distance of the south exit of Kiyose Station. Isn't that quite a lot? Unlike popular soba shops where you can drop in casually, this is a classy shop that is very particular about its soba flour. However, my palate isn't that well-versed in soba. Rather than subtle nuances, I can only judge whether it's delicious or not, easy to eat or not. That's about it. For me, this soba was easy to eat and delicious. The kaeshi (soba sauce) was also good, and I was satisfied that I could enjoy the soba until the very last bite. The tempura was also delicious; I ate it with salt, and it was a nice accent between bites of soba. Before visiting, I read the reviews. There was indeed a woman who might be misunderstood. But not everyone is suited for customer service, so I just thought, well, there are different styles of service. She's probably the owner's wife. Customer service isn't just about smiling, being bright and energetic, and I don't eat out expecting that anyway. I think I'll visit again with my wife, who loves soba. If my wife thinks it's delicious, then it must be really good soba. But for me, it was delicious. Later, I brought my wife who loves soba. She was very satisfied! And I had the udon. It was very fresh, firm, and smooth, and it was incredibly delicious. I was impressed by how carefully they work. The udon is also delicious!
