It has a retro, Showa-era look that feels reassuring. The thousand-yen sushi lunch is a bit on the small side, but it comes with coffee and a coconut sablé after the meal The vinegared rice is on the light side

The young chef kept fiddling with their smartphone whenever there was no work, even while facing customers, and I could hear whistle sounds like a soccer game, so I wish they'd done that in the back, out of sight.

View on GoogleIt's an eel restaurant within a 5-minute walk from Kiyose Station (North Exit), but they also had sushi and tempura dishes. There's a TV, but I like the calm atmosphere. There's also a 900-yen lunch.
