埼玉タンメン山田太郎Saitama Tammen Yamada Tarō Kiyose North Exit
Saitama Tanmen Yamada Taro is a tanmen shop with a farmer's restaurant concept, where you can eat plenty of fresh domestic vegetables. The first branch opened in Tokorozawa City in July 2021. The noodles use wheat from Hokkaido, and the pork uses domestic black pork. The interior has a calm atmosphere based on wood grain and green, which evokes vegetables, and the seat spacing is designed to be wide so you can sit comfortably. Even female customers can use the shop with peace of mind. All our staff are looking forward to your visit.

A little joint that served wonderful ramen and other side orders. Best of all, the happy hour prices for the nama biru, highball and etc are so friendly.

View on Google2026/06/11 first visit The company's efforts are wonderful! I visited for lunch and had the Marutoku light salt ramen set for 690 yen (tax included) The quality made me think, is it okay to be this cheap nowadays?? I didn't have a good impression of Yamada Udon because the udon isn't good, but Yamada Taro is good, isn't it? The ramen in the set was a salt ramen with yuzu, and the soup also had a clam flavor; it was genuinely delicious The fried chicken (karaage) was a bit thin but large and crispy, delicious, and the rice wasn't yellowed, it was genuinely good I chose the regular 200g portion, but you can choose a large 300g portion for free Actually, I wanted to eat tanmen, but because the value for money was so good, I ate the set, and I'm very satisfied By the way, the 5 stars isn't because it's incredibly delicious, but 5 stars because they are working hard to provide this much taste and volume at this price Thank you for the meal I wish there was one in Yokohama
View on GoogleFirst visit!! True to the name containing 'tanmen', there are many tanmen options alone. There are also shoyu ramen and tsukemen, and the menu is quite extensive just for noodles. Side menus are also well-stocked, a shop where you can drink! However, compared to Hida-ya, price aside, The taste is...... I don't think I heard the sound of a wok being tossed or saw the cooking movements. I'm speaking from a high horse, but there is a difference in taste between shops that actually toss the wok and those that don't... It's a matter of choosing which shop to go to! It's by no means not delicious!! The photo is seafood tanmen. The vegetables and soup matched so well that you could call it chanpon, and I enjoyed it!!
View on GoogleSaitama Tanmen Yamada Taro, a new business format specializing in tanmen operated by Yamada Shokuhin Sangyo Co., Ltd., known for Saitama's soul food, Yamada Udon, since July 2021. Currently, in addition to this Seibu Ikebukuro Line Kiyose Station North Exit branch, they have 6 other branches, for a total of 7. Their specialty is tanmen using plenty of domestic vegetables, a double soup (W-soup) of pork and chicken bones, and noodles made from Hokkaido wheat. There are also sets that come with gyoza and karaage. Today I had today's lunch, Chicken Nanban and fried shrimp, and the Rich Tanmen (Noukou Tanmen) with extra vegetables and gyoza. The value for money was good, and it was delicious!
