A legendary Kiyose gem with a stall that has welcomed locals for decades. The miso ramen and fried rice truly keep me coming back.

Had miso ramen and tsukemen here. Food was very tasty and came out fast enough, and the inside of the store is very clean. There's a ticket machine on which to place your order and you can use cash or your IC card. I can't remember if the ticket machine had an English option or not since I didn't use it, but I think it's easy enough to translate the text with a photo on a translation app. Just hand the tickets to a staff member and find and empty spot to sit!

Authentic town-style Chinese fried rice (machi-chuka) where fragrance and lightness coexist. A dish that raises expectations the moment the aroma of the stir-fry oil rises. The rice grains are well-heated but not overly oily, with a light texture that unravels easily. The sweetness of the egg and the greenness of the green onions provide contours, and the freshness of the lettuce sets the rhythm in the second half. The saltiness is restrained, with the fragrance of soy sauce functioning as the main melody, providing a sense of stability. The accompanying Chinese soup honestly extracts the umami of the chicken and is a good sidekick that doesn't interfere with the aftertaste of the fried rice. A dish that highlights the certainty of the cooking technique and a sense of balance in the simplicity typical of a town Chinese restaurant.

I ordered tsukemen, but the soup got cold quickly, which was a pity. The portion was large. [Revisit Saturday, January 24, 2026, 18:30] I went in for revenge to try other ramen, but after looking at the menu, I didn't think it was promising, so I took revenge with tsukemen again. Last time, it was cold by the time I finished eating, so is it safe this time? The seasoning holder cannot be called clean. It doesn't look like it's washed every day. The water is drinkable as usual. Payment was made with PayPay at the ticket machine. The chopsticks are the reusable plastic type. I'm grateful that there are napkins. The soup is delicious but a bit lukewarm. And, the noodles are cold (crying). This is fatal, right? Why? Why bother soaking them in water? The noodles are cold as if they were just soaked in water. The soup doesn't have the heat to cover that. It becomes lukewarm ramen. It's closer to cold than lukewarm. Why? Is tsukemen noodles made that cold? At least make the soup piping hot. It's lukewarm from the beginning. What does it mean? Do you want people to eat ramen cold? Already, after moving the noodles to the tsukemen 3 times, it's already completely cold tsukemen. Is this the correct answer from this shop? Please tell me. The problem is only the heat, even though the taste is good! What a waste!! Please manage the temperature properly!

Since it was past peak time, the shop was empty. The wantan-men seems to use seafood broth, and it was a soup that was very much to my taste. The wantan was also plump and delicious. Since it's close to the station, I'd like to use it again.
